Long Island food truck is all about the waffles

One of the newest food trucks on Long Island, New York is paying homage to the waffle cone.

The Cone Depot, launched in Copiague, puts pretty much everything on its menu in a cone, except for ice cream, according to a Newsday report.

That, according to the news outlet, has caused a bit of confusion among customers.

The menu offers a wide range of items, from popcorn chicken to Philly cheesesteaks.

The truck serves up its fare in a location next to a Conoco gas station on Sunrise Highway.
