Long Island food truck reopens on summer kickoff weekend

The North Fork Table & Inn food truck, in operation for a decade in Southold, on Long Island's east end, kicked off the summer with reopening on Memorial Day weekend.

The truck is owned by chef John Fraser and his JF Restaurant company.

The food truck's chef is Steven Barrantes, according to a New York Times report, and the menu offers a lobster roll, a meatless burger as well as fried chicken. It's open for takeout Wednesdays through Sunday.
