Longtime Philly food truck operator retiring this month

Chef Tsz Pong, who along with his wife, Bi Pang, operated the Yue Kee food truck in Philadelphia is retiring at the end of November.

The truck has long been a popular foodie stop on South 38th Street, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report, serving up spicy hot noodles and other Chinese menu items such as ginger chicken for the past 37 years.
