Longtime restaurateur launches food truck in Denver

Kevin Morrison, a restaurateur who founded Tacos Tequila Whiskey in Denver and has been in the local restaurant scene for decades, has launched a food truck that uses the original cart for his first business.

The truck/trailer offers up Mexican barbecue, according to a report at The Denver Post.

The truck works from the Ratio Beerwork's brewery and taproom in Overland.

The trailer will serve some of Tacos Tequila Whiskey's best-selling tacos, along with breakfast burritos.
