The city of Lorena, Texas plans to test a pilot program to allow food trucks to operate within city limits, according to The Waco-Tribune Herald. City Manager Joseph Pace updated the city council on plans for the project after two months of research.

The council directed Pace to schedule a public hearing to get feedback from residents and business owners.
