Louisiana craft brewery debuts food truck

Tin Roof Brewing, a large and well known craft brewery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has launched a food truck called The Outpost.

The brewery owners held a soft opening in February and launched its full menu last month, according to a 225 report.

The truck, built from an Airstream, features a menu from chef Brett Klonaris offering up everything from burgers to brisket as well as a chicken wrap.
