Louisiana food truck boasts a special cuisine

The Fed N Full food truck, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is all about sharing the love of "Black-A-Nese" cuisine, according to its owners Nicholas Flower and Brittney Lain.

The duo launched the food truck during the pandemic and can be found serving up its fare everywhere from school events to outside of a local casino, according to a Gambit report.

The food truck actually began as a mobile venue at local recreation centers serving up snowballs, then hotdogs and nachos.

The cuisine includes everything from chicken and cabbage egg rolls to dirty rice.
