The Roll Play food truck, which offers up much more than the usual egg roll, is all about creating rolls that reflect various regions as well as cuisines.
The business began seven years ago when owner Dana Jones made 200 rolls for her wedding that proved to be a huge hit, according to a Shreveport Times report.
Roll flavors range from pecan pie to bacon and chicken. There are also specialty rolls for various events such as Mardi Gras. About 5,000 rolls are sold weekly.
"It's amazing how word of mouth gets out and every time I open, they buy me out and I have to take some days to recover," Jones told the news outlet.
The menu also includes non-roll items such as soup, fried mac and cheese and seafood fries.
