Louisiana food truck owners open fast casual eatery

The owners of the Rouge-A Roux food truck, in Gonzales, Louisiana, are now also running a brick-and-mortar restaurant, according to 225 Magazine report.

The eatery, called Big Bad Bites, a fast casual concept located at 2705 W. Highway 30, offers "just good food fast," according to its website.
