Louisville food truck operators may have won a victory given the city's new food truck rules, but some operators feel their challenges may not be over, according to a WHAS11-TV report.
The Metro Council agreed to strike down a law that mandated where trucks could operate, but some operators believe more rules mandating where they can operate could be coming in the future.
Under the latest ordinance truck operators can park at a different downtown meter if another vehicle is parked at a meter the truck had reserved. In addition, food trucks in residential areas still need to be contracted as caterers for community or private events.
