Lucky Goose food truck opens brick-and-mortar location

The Lucky Goose food truck now has a restaurant location in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The vegan food truck expanded its footprint with the store opening in late November, according to the Albuquerque Journal.

The truck, known for its plant-based burger, is now serving its fare in Nob Hill. Owners Rafael Guillen and Melissa Timmons said the truck and restaurant are needed as there are few vegan food options in the city.

"In L.A., plant-based foods is like a very common thing," Guillen told the news outlet. "And then here, there wasn't anything available, so we really wanted to build something that had like really craveable flavors and the kinds of things that people want to come back to."

The restaurant is located at 3503 B Central NE.
