Lupe's Tacos opens physical location in Minnesota

Lupe's Tacos, a food truck based in Minnesota, has opened a physical restaurant in Glyndon, Minnesota.

The Vegas family operates two Lupe's Taco food trucks and a third specializing in pizza and wings, according to a report by Inforum.

Jesse Vega III said food truck customers were excited about the physical restaurant.

"They didn't want us to stop our food truck, that's for sure," Jesse III, told the news outlet. "We made a promise to them that the food trucks would continue to run over Fargo-Moorhead, but essentially now you can get us six days a week without having to track us down."

The restaurant's hours are 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
