A food truck in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is all about gourmet mac and cheese. And all about a childhood pal.
The Cheezy Noodlez, one of the latest food trucks to hit the area, is also all about a new start for its owners, the husband and wife team of Ravuth Than and Jessica Eck who departed Seattle to make a new life in the Midwest, according to an Argus Leader report.
"We decided that we're ready for a change," Eck told the news outlet.
The truck is named in honor of a childhood friend whose nickname back then was Noodle.
"The name is something that's very near and dear to us," Eck told the Argus Leader. "We had a really close friend of ours who was going to start the business with us and move out here, but unfortunately, he passed away unexpectedly a couple of weeks before we were supposed to move."
The food truck menu offers up everything from birria mac 'n' cheese to the classic take on hot dogs and macaroni.
