Main Squeeze Juice Co. to open first food truck in Texas

June 20, 2018

Main Squeeze Juice Co., a New Orleans-based juice franchisor, has announced franchises for a food truck and two stores in the Katy, Texas, area.

The food truck, slated to open in early August, will service the Katy, Richmond and Fulshear areas. The owner of the food truck, Justin LeBleu, will also open two stores in the Katy area during the coming year, according to a press release. The truck will serve a limited menu of the chain's popular juices and smoothies.

Prior to teaming up with Main Squeeze, LeBleu worked in the oil and gas industry for 10 years. However, in 2015, his life took an unexpected turn. He faced a major health scare when a hole in his esophagus allowed fluid to build up in his chest, causing his left lung to collapse. He could only eat one thing: smoothies.

Main Squeeze crafts chef-inspired, cold-pressed juices and smoothies along with one-, two- and three-day juice cleanse programs, wellness shots, and acai bowls featuring organic wild-harvested acai berries.

With two locations already open in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and Katy, Texas, Main Squeeze plans to open five stores in 2018. According to CEO Thomas Nieto, the brand currently has more than a dozen additional franchisee- and corporate-owned locations under development.
