Maine food truck is all about the beef and the beet

Maine foodies who love beef burgers, as well as beet burgers, now have a food truck to visit.

The Eat It & Beet It truck visits local breweries in Portland, Maine, including Belleflowers and Goodfire, according to a Press Herald report.

The truck is hard to miss given its bright purple design.
