Maine university now home for a food truck

The University of Southern Maine now offers a food truck dining option for students and staff and while it has no specific brand name it does boast a colorful design and proclaims "Hungry Huskies."
The truck was purchased using facility enhancement funds and is parked outside the Luther Bonney building weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a USM Free Press report.
"For years we have been looking for ways to try to bring food to events like games, convocations, open houses, move in day, etc. We figured if we were investing in a dining venue, that we should get one that would be able to be used for years to come," Tadd Stone, GM of dining services provider Sodexo, told the news outlet.
