Maryland food truck operator launching restaurant presence

Foodies in Silver Spring, Maryland who love the Tacos Don Perez food truck will be happy to hear that owners Brenda Perez-Arora and family are opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Kensington.

The food truck was launched in early 2021. The restaurant will open its door in Spring, 2023 in the former location of the K-Town Bistro, according to a Bethesda Magazine report.

"We just love that we can kind of bring together people that are searching for a piece of home to our spot," Perez-Arora told the news outlet. "There's a lot of people looking for things that remind them of their own culture, so for us, to be able to share that back with the community, it means a lot to us."
