Massachusetts food truck expands with physical restaurant

Foodies in Holyoke, Massachusetts who love the Crave food truck now can enjoy a physical location featuring the truck's Caribbean fare.

Food truck operator Nicole Ortiz has opened a restaurant on High Street, according to a 22News WWLP report.

"We sell a lot of tacos, rice bowls, mofongo, so we kind of have a lot of Puerto Rican flavors and ingredients," Ortiz told the news outlet. "And we offer a lot of vegan and vegetarian options, and everything's gluten-free as well."

The food truck is still up and running at 73 Sargeant St., from Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
