Mexican fare scores big in Memphis among top 5 food trucks

Visitors to Memphis, Tennessee, who like Mexican food, will be in for a treat from the area's food trucks, as two of the top three ranked food trucks feature Mexican cuisine, according to Hoodline's ranking, as reported by MSN.com.

Hoodline uses Yelp reviews as well as its own "secret sauce" to rank food trucks.

Antojitos Mexicanos Celaya, located at 6057-6073 Winchester Road in Hickory Ridge-South Riverdale, took top honors, boasting five stars out of 15 reviews on Yelp.

Stanley's Sweet Street Treats, at 825 Crossover Lane in East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire, was runner-up with five stars out of 10 Yelp reviews.

Chile Verde Mexic and Taco, located at 4971 Park Ave. came in third with 4.5 stars out of 28 Yelp reviews.

Raw Girls, at 5502 Poplar Ave., also in East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire, which features vegan juices and smoothies, came in fourth place with 4.5 stars out of 12 Yelp reviews

Gourmade, at 2783 Broad Ave. in East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire, boasted 4.5 stars out of 11 reviews, earning fifth place.
