Eddie Jones, a longtime restaurant chef in Lansing, Michigan, has launched a food truck called Triple E's Eatery.

The truck was created from a former UPS vehicle and took a year to develop, according to a Lansing State Journal report. The menu offers burgers, cheese fries, tacos and chicken. A specialty item is the Hawaiian chicken sandwich.

"When he told me that it was made from an old UPS truck, I didn't believe him," Jones' daughter, Britany, told the news outlet. "I was so proud of him. He's come a long way and always wanted to have a restaurant."

The truck also serves up vegetarian fare and healthy items.
