Michigan County will serve as a host for food truck rally events

A food truck rally effort is finally happening in Livingston County, Michigan this summer.

The events, which will take place in Pinckney, were initially planned for last year but were sidelined by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a Livingston Daily report.

"That didn't kill our spirits," Michael Szafranski, vice president of the Pinckney Putnam Hamburg Hell Chamber of Commerce, told the news outlet

The rallies are set for June 11, July 23 and Aug. 20.

Organizers hope to have a half dozen or more trucks at each event as well as local business and art vendors.
