Nick Robbins, a 17-year-old resident of Port Huron, Michigan has launched a healthy food truck called Port Huron Acai.

The truck specializes in acia bowls as well as smoothies and kombucha, according to a Port Huron Times Herald report.

His interest in eating healthy and making healthy food began back in his elementary school years, and he fell in love with the acai fare about five years ago.

"I've wanted to bring something like that to our area recently because we don't really have that many healthy food options and stuff like that, especially we don't really have any places to get acai bowls," he to the news outlet. "So I wanted to bring that to our community."

He hopes to take his truck on the road to local events and is planning to pursue business education at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business in the fall.
