A city law prohibiting food trucks in Dickson, Tennessee may soon be shelved as city leaders are mulling two potential food truck ordinances.
The first would allow and oversee food trucks in city limits, while another would allow food trucks only at special events, according to a Tennessean report.
There could also be an annual $2,400 food truck permit fee involved as well.
The proposed food truck laws will be discussed at a city committee meeting on Nov. 15 and possible voting on the laws could be in early December and again in early January.
