Milwaukee food truck park to serve as business incubator

A food truck park planned for Milwaukee's Walker's Point neighborhood will also serve as a food truck incubator, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal. 

Jesus Gonzalez, who owns Mazorca Tacos food truck, and Sean Phelan, president of Phelan Development, are developing the food park that will have regular food trucks, a rotating seasonal food truck and the food startup incubator program. The opening is planned for next month at 636 South Sixth Street. 

The Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. loaned $520,000 for the project, which will have indoor and outdoor seating and on-site parking.
