The Anoka Food Truck Festival, in Anoka, Minnesota, is celebrating it's fourth year this summer.
The annual event will happen Aug. 21 at 2015 S. First Avenue, according to an ABC Newspapers' Hometown Source report.
The festival, which runs from noon to 10 p.m., is the second festival to take place this summer after COVID-19 cancelled all festivals last year.
There will be more than 50 food trucks participating as well as a mobile escape room and photo booth truck.
Food truck cuisine will range from Salvadoran to Ukrainian and some specialty beverage trucks will also be on hand, including a bubble tea truck.
"After over a year of social distancing and limited entertainment options, it was apparent that festival vendors and attendees alike were ready for this event," Jess Jenkins, co-organizer of Minnesota Food Truck Festivals and executive director of the Minnesota Food Truck Association, told the news outlet.
