Minnesota Food Truck Festival to add 13 trucks

The Minnesota Food Truck Festival plans to expand in 2024, adding 13 food trucks its events. The event will first be held in Hopkins on June 22, followed by St. Paul on July 13 and 14 and Anoka on Aug. 17, according to a report by Bring Me The News.

Each event will feature 50 food trucks, alongside mobile vendors, beer and cocktails and live music.

Some of the new food trucks include:

• D-Spot Wings.
• Station No. 6.
• La Cochinita.
• T-Rex Cookies.
• Sweet & Boozy Ice Cream.
• Cane & Cotton.
• Indigo Bowls.
• Lookout Grill.
• Let's Thai it by Sawatdee.
• Waffle Bar.
• Gini Bites.
• Amazing Momo.
