The Tatanka Truck, a food truck that promotes Native American health, community and sustainability, as well as Indigenous menu items, is back up and running in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The truck is owned and operated by The Sioux Chef, the company that runs Owamni, an Indigenous restaurant, according to an Eater Twin Cities report.

The truck will be parked at the restaurant near Mill Ruins Park all through the summer. It initially launched in 2015 and served items such as bison tamales and smoked turkey wild rice bowls.

Two years later it was closed as the restaurant group focused on the brick-and-mortar business and a non-profit the owners founded.
