Minnesota food truck is all about perseverance

It took a decade but Junior's Backyard Grill, a food truck in Scanlon, Minnesota, is open for business.

The food truck's motto is "a new opportunity for customers to get high quality food at an affordable price," according to a Fox21.com report.

The food truck serves up everything from Reuben sandwiches to burgers and wings and is run by local Cloquet residents.

"(At) Junior's Backyard Grill kind of our motto is a new opportunity to have quality food at a reasonable price. An affordable, reasonable price. And that's kind of what we're doing here," Theresa Halvorson, chef's assistant, told the news outlet.
