Minnesota restaurant launches food truck

The Bridgeman restaurant, in Duluth, Minnesota, now has a sister business — a food truck.

The truck is in development and plans to be rolling around town and summer events when not sitting on a patio space next to the physical store, according to a Fox 21 report.

"It was always kind of in the works, and then when the shutdown occurred, I got a little nervous and we put it on hold. Now it just seems like it's a good time to get out there and do something fun. The staff is super-excited. They want to get out there and start cooking. So I think it's being received really well," owner Jay Broman told the news outlet.

The truck menu will offer restaurant favorites as well as ice cream.
