Mississippi Gulf Coast home to healthy food truck fare

One of the newest food trucks now rolling through the Mississippi Gulf Coast is Klassy Wrappers, offering up healthy fare.

The truck, owned by Rhiann and Christie Morgan, puts a unique spin on the traditional wrap sandwich, such as jalapeno cheddar wraps, according to a Sun Herald report. There are also salads and even a menu for kids.
