Tupelo, Mississippi, is seeking input from food truck and restaurant owners on regulations, according to the Daily Journal.
On Tuesday, a meeting will be held with food truck owners. Restaurants will give their input at a meeting set for Jan. 16.
There are currently no rules governing food trucks or trailers other than receiving a license from the city, a state business license, a health permit from the state department of health and insurance on the vehicles.
Shane Hooper, the head of development services for the city, said the Tuesday meeting is strictly a listening session and no decisions will be made.
