Mobile ice pop truck coming to Detroit

A dessert food truck, Frios Gourmet Pops, will be rolling through Detroit come June.

The truck is in the final stages of its build and owner Karen Hudson, a co-owner of Detroit Mini Donut, is a big fan of ice pop, according to a Detroit Free Press report.

"I was looking for something that I could do in addition to, and I'm a stickler for quality product because everybody kind of knows me for what I already do. I tried the Frios product and I was just blown away," she told the news outlet.

The ice pop menu includes a wide variety of flavors, from birthday cake to blue raspberry, and offers no sugar pops, gluten free choices as well as vegan, nut-free, wheat-free, soy-free and dairy-free pops.
