Montana food truck launches in home of former store

The Graze Highway 12 food truck is open for business on Highway 12 in Missoula, Montana.

Its location was once a former store and it's owned and operated by Jason and Whittney Olson.

The duo has created lots of ambiance given a fire pit, country music and string lights around the truck, which is located near their home at mile marker 26, according to a report at the Missoulian.

"We wanted to do a restaurant, but in order to do that inside we would have had to pretty much tear down and start over fresh. But with the trailer, we have the luxury of just setting it up," Jason Olson told the news outlet.
