Montana restaurant relaunches as food truck

Foodies in Billings, Montana who enjoyed dining at Crazy Mary's Fish & Chips restaurant and were sad when it closed in November of 2022 can now get back to enjoying its menu.

The owner, Mary Jackson, has launched a food truck featuring the same menu in a new spot, at 132 Sixth Avenue. N, right across the street from the former restaurant that was in operation for nine years, according to a KTVQ report.

The food truck's kitchen is larger than the restaurant's and the location offers outdoor seating. The menu will feature seafood as well as tacos and chowder.

"Shrimp, clams, fish sandwich, crabby roll, tacos. I'lll still be able to do, probably, chowder. Got to. And beans. I'm going to keep it small and simple for the beginning," Jackson told the news outlet.
