Multiple food trucks coming to Pensacola, Florida

Couple Crystal and Arley George plan to add four food trucks and a drive-thru coffee shop at North Palafox Street in Pensacola, Florida. They will call this the Running on Faith Lot, to provide more dining options for residents, according to a report by Pensacola News Journal.
The property currently has one building and a parking lot, which will be converted to host the coffee shop and food trucks, if approved by the city. The food trucks will rent a 20-by-30 lot with seating options and picnic tables.
The owners hope to provide hibachi, chicken and waffles, BBQ and desert at the food trucks.
"I feel like it'll be something good for people's lunches too, where they can have a variety to eat," Crystal said in the report. "We don't want them all to be the same, that was one of our things. We wanted to have a variety and (no one) with the same thing."
