Lawmakers in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, have voted to allow food trucks to serve customers in five public parks providing they keep the parks clean and provide surveillance services for the police, according to a myrtlebeachonline.com report.
Food trucks will pick up their own trash and will post a sign notifying the public they are providing surveillance for the police and will notify the police of suspicious behavior.
Food trucks will be allowed to serve customers in Futrell Park, Bathsheba Bowens Memorial Park, Savannah's Playground, Wither's Swash Park and Myrtle's Market.
