Nana G’s Chicken & Waffles named Atlanta’s best food truck

Nana G's Chicken & Waffles has nabbed the designation of "The best food on wheels in Atlanta," based on a reader poll by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The truck offers a bacon-infused Belgium waffle with season fried chicken strips.

Tex's Tacos was the first runner up, offering Nueva Texicana food.

The Blaxican claimed the second runner up spot with its Mexican fusion food.

Other runners up were:

• Mix'D UP, specializing in burgers.
• The Fry Guy, offering a variety of fries.
• King of Pops, specializing in popsicles.
• WoW! Food Truck, offering a diverse, made-from-scratch menu.
• The Atlanta Burger Truck, offering grilled all-natural burgers and homemade sides.
