Nashville considering formal food truck rules

Nashville is currently considering a bill that would authorize NDOT to regulate food trucks in the area with a permitting program. The Traffic and Parking Commission will regulate this program, according to a report by News Channel 5.

NDOT first began testing the permitting program in 2012, but never put it into the city's code.
