NCR Voyix unveils AI-powered microservices suite for retail, restaurants

NCR Voyix Corp. has launched its next-generation portfolio of microservices-based applications, marking a definitive shift in its software modernization strategy.

Built on the Voyix Commerce Platform, the suite is designed to unify the shopping and dining experience across all digital and physical channels using a "cloud-to-edge" architecture, according to a press release.

The announcement comes just days before NRF 2026: Retail's Big Show, where the company will demonstrate these innovations live.

The hallmark of this launch is the integration of practical AI to solve long-standing operational frictions. By leveraging an extensive library of industry-specific logic and AI-driven tools, NCR Voyix has accelerated its software lifecycle, allowing for faster testing, deployment, and real-time updates.

  • Voyix POS: A powerful point-of-sale solution that combines the cumulative business logic and years of features of the global leader in POS.
