Nebraska food truck is all about the ice

One of the newest food trucks in Lincoln, Nebraska is big on cool — shaved ice that is.

The SnowDaze truck, according to a 1011 Now report, is about more than offering a cool treat during hot months. The owner, Landon Bartel, quit his full-time job to get the truck up and running.

"One of the things that I want to do with my life or want to live my life about is doing things that are valuable or doing things that bring people value and bring people fun and enjoyment of life," he told the news outlet.

The truck is located at 17th and O streets every Tuesday and Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
