The New Orleans food truck park in the Lower Garden District held its grand opening yesterday, according to msn.com.
Ross Boudy, whose wife owns a food trailer, helped create the park, dubbed the Déjà vu Food Park, to provide power for food trucks, cooking oil recycling, access to potable water, and a customer serving area.
The park features six rotating trucks daily, along with a full bar and patio seating. The park also holds events, such as the jazz brunch that it hosted on Monday.
