New food truck rolls into Bowling Green, Kentucky

One of the newest food trucks in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is Crave by Home Café, run by local restaurant owners Josh and Chelsey Poling.

The Polings run the Hickory & Oak restaurant in the downtown area and ran the Home Café eatery for several years, according to a Bowling Green Daily News report.

The couple, along with Anne Garrett, launched the food truck instead of launching another brick-and-mortar eatery given the lower cost of food truck operations.

The truck offers fare from the Home Café as well as new items and was custom designed. It houses more equipment than the café had, according to the report.
