A large food truck selling pizza in Seabrook, New Hampshire may propel local lawmakers to review mobile food vending policies following complaints about the truck's size and location.
The Sal's Pizza food truck, which operates in a town beach parking lot on Route 1A, a federal scenic by-way, is drawing scrutiny after a local resident asked the town's selectmen to reconsider allowing it to operate, according to a Seacoastline report.
The lawmakers are expected to discuss the issue at a September meeting and have asked the food truck operator to relocate farther north in the lot to avoid parking and traffic congestion.
