New Jersey BBQ food truck Drake's Joint opens

Drake's Joint, a BBQ restaurant in New Jersey, opened a food truck in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. It is open every day, except Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and offers smoked chicken, sausage and brisket sandwich with sides such as mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, kimchi string beans and collard greens, according to a report by lehighvalleylive.com.

Entrees are priced from $28 to $33 and include a side and a garnish. The food truck also offers combination plates ranging from $45 to $85 with multiple meats and three sides. The food truck is owned by former Toby's Cup owner Daniel Risis.
