New Jersey food festival coming Saturday

More than 30 food trucks will serve food at the Sussex County Fairgrounds beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday. The event will also feature live music and a beer garden, with fireworks at 9:30 p.m., according to the New Jersey Herald. Admission is $5 per person; children under age 10 are admitted free. Parking is free, as well.

Just Jersey Fest, the organizer, will accept donations of nonperishable boxed and canned food at the entrance. The festival will benefit renovations to the Richards Building at the fairgrounds.

Food trucks will include: Angry Archie's; Bacon Me Crazy; The Bearded One BBQ; CheezeN; Cold Stone Creamery; Columbia Inn Restaurant; Cubano X-Press; Culinary Renegade Wandering Kitchen; Cousins Maine Lobster; The Cow and the Curd; The Flying Pie Guy; Glazed and Confused; The Guac Spot; House of Cupcakes; JerseyRollz; JimmyDawn's; Johnny Zeppoli; Kona Ice of Central Morris County; Ma & Pa's Tex-Mex BBQ; Maddalena's Cheesecake and Catering; Mobile Mardi Gras Food Truck; Rolling Pita; Sauced and Rubbed; Soda City FD; Tasteofpolandnj; Taxi Cab Burger, LLC; Texas Smoke Barbecue; The Thai Elephant Truck; Those Guys Catering; Waffle de Lys; and Zoelily Empanadas.
