New Jersey food truck fest happening Saturday

A Food Truck Fest and Inflatable Village event will be held Saturday, May 8 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Rabkin Park, in Union, New Jersey, according to a Tap Into Union report.

The event will feature live music, inflatable activities, a beer garden and kids shows, according to the report. Participating food trucks include Mexi Boys, Cat Like Reflexes, Latin Bites and House of Cupcakes.
