New Mexico food truck owners launch storefront

The Wing It Up, a food truck in Albuquerque, New Mexico, now has a physical storefront location.

The truck, owned by Alejandra Leal and Brittany Muller, has built a strong following since launching three years ago and the popularity of its fare — chicken wings — led to the physical restaurant, according to an Albuquerque Journal report.

The eatery is located at 317 Gold SW, and opened in mid May.

The food truck operators said success is due to providing something unique, great customer service and high quality food.
