New Orleans food truck opens 1st restaurant

La Cocinita, a Venezuelan food truck in New Orleans, Louisiana, is opening its first permanent restaurant in Uptown. The location will offer arepas, tacos, "burri-tacos" as well as various brunch items such as tacos, bowls, mimosas, aqua frescas, Venezuelan corn pancakes and more, according to a report by Eater New Orleans.

The location will have a full bar serving South American wines, beers, margaritas, mojitos and more.

The food truck has been in business for 12 years.
