No-cook Tuesdays drawing crowd in Pennsylvania

The No-Cook Tuesday event, featuring two different food trucks each week, is back on in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.

The weekly event, held at the Bethel Park Community Center parking lot, has been drawing crowds right from its first week in early March, according to a Trib Live report.

"I like that they have two different trucks every week," Bethel Park Public Library Executive Director Christine McIntosh told the news outlet.

The event was launched in the fall of 2020 but was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

No-Cook Tuesdays are held 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and run through April 26.
