North Carolina food truck brings some smoke

The Smoke A 'Lil Smoke food truck is up and running in Marion, North Carolina, offering smoke meats and BBQ.

It represents a dream come true for owner Jerry Higdon who is operating the truck with partners Donna and Mark Mueller, according to a report at The McDowell News.

Higdon is self taught when it comes to BBQ and smoking meats.

"It's been a blessing," Higdon told the news outlet. "The people who have come have been a blessing. We have people who show up here two or three times a week and send everybody who they know through social media."
